„W sierpniu na zaproszenie OFF Festival zorganizowaliśmy wyjątkową kolację dla gości i przyjaciół Artura Rojka. Kuchnia śląska była punktem wyjścia do twórczych eksperymentów. Duet HOLA LOLA przygotował m.in. modrą kapustę z kwiatów hibiskusa, hauskyjzę i kilka innych lokalnych przysmaków w meksykańskim wydaniu. Przepisy i relację zdjęciową znajdziecie w nowym numerze Smaku, zaś dzisiaj zapraszamy do obejrzenia filmu, który nakręciliśmy tego upalnego dnia. Zdjęcia: Bart Pogoda, scenografia: Witalis.
